Atomicwork launched its AI Coworker Marketplace on November 6, giving enterprise IT and security teams six pre-built, certified AI coworkers for cloud, access, network, security and device operations. Why it matters: instead of asking teams to build and validate an agent from scratch, Atomicwork says each coworker arrives with its integrations tested and its work scored against realistic enterprise scenarios.

What happened
Atomicwork, an AI-native IT service management platform founded in 2022, announced the marketplace on November 6. The first certified lineup is Atom for employee support operations, Cloud Ops Engineer, Access Ops Manager, Network Ops Engineer, Sec Ops Manager and Device Ops Engineer.
The coworkers work across systems enterprises already run, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Okta, Active Directory, Splunk and Datadog. Unite.AI reports the wider catalog lists more than 25 pre-built coworkers and over 50 connectors, with the six certified roles seeded as drafts in every Atomicwork account for a manager to review, connect and publish.
What “certified” actually means here
Certification is the pitch. Atomicwork says it verifies that a coworker has the integrations and skill coverage its role requires, then evaluates it against realistic enterprise use cases rather than a handful of demos. According to Unite.AI, Atom alone is tested regularly against 638 scenarios spanning 12 support domains and 32 subcategories, scored on outcomes, evidence, execution, safety and communications.
Each coworker can carry its own procedures, tools, permissions, reporting structure and budget, and teams can judge it on measures such as mean time to resolution and tickets handled. Atomicwork supports Okta’s Cross App Access protocol so a coworker acts on behalf of an authorised user under existing controls, and customers can run coworkers with different models and harnesses, including inside their own infrastructure.
Why it matters
Atomicwork says Access Ops Manager is already its second most deployed certified coworker after Atom, and reports a median turnaround of 18 seconds for access requests that need no approval and 2.5 hours for those that do.
For Tested Intelligence readers, this is the enterprise agent market maturing in a useful direction: the argument is no longer “our agent can chat” but “our agent was tested on your kind of tickets, with your systems, under your controls.” The limit is just as clear — every coworker at launch is built and certified by Atomicwork itself. Third parties can contribute skills through its MCP store and skill registry for now; publishing their own certified coworkers is a future plan, not today’s product.
